    CLO 8

strengthen your source use practices (including evaluating, integrating, quoting, paraphrasing, summarizing, synthesizing, analyzing, and citing sources)

Just like outcome 7, I was able to achieve this outcome by using in-text citations and also by paraphrasing and intertwining multiple sources to properly write and back up my claims. By using quotes and paraphrasing, I am able to cite certain pieces of information to not only make sense and bring fluency to my writing but also give evidence and credit to my sources. Analyzing my sources also allows me to do this for various assignments, such as my technical description or my engineering proposal. Citing in paragraphs and images also helped me add more context and source information to my writing. Such as my pictures in my technical description of the Samsung EVO 970, which helped me explain the DRAM inside the SSD.

Figure 12: A picture of DRAM bank and cache inside an SSD such as the Samsung EVO with a citation at the bottom.
